  1. Who we are. Capara is run by Shubhecha Kiran Tewari, Copenhagen, Denmark. Contact: capara.place2rest@gmail.com.
  2. What Capara is. Capara gives general information about pathways to parenthood through medically assisted reproduction – who can access which treatment, costs, waiting times, donor rules, and legal points such as parentage and citizenship – based on published laws and official sources listed in the results.
  3. Information, not advice. The results are general information. They are not legal, medical or financial advice and do not replace a lawyer, a doctor or a fertility clinic. We don't give diagnoses, treatment recommendations or success predictions.
  4. Accuracy. We check our information against official sources and show when an item is still being verified. Laws, prices and waiting times change; always confirm important points with the clinic or authority concerned before you decide.
  5. Your choices. You decide what to do with the information. We are not responsible for decisions made only on the basis of the free result.
  6. Detailed reports. Paid reports are not yet available. When they are, separate terms of sale will apply and be shown before you pay.
  7. Fair use. Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to access other people's data or by copying our content on a large scale.
  8. Your data. How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
  10. Law. Danish law applies, without removing any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
