Who we are
Capara is run by Shubhecha Kiran Tewari, Copenhagen, Denmark ("we"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: capara.place2rest@gmail.com.
The short version
- You can use the quiz and see your result without giving us any personal data. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to save them.
- If you save your result, join a waitlist or order a report, we store your email and – where needed – your quiz answers. Your answers can reveal health information (for example about fertility treatment) and information about your relationship or sex life, which the law treats as special categories of data. We only store them with your explicit consent.
- We don't sell your data, don't show ads, don't use advertising trackers and don't use your answers to train AI.
- You can delete your data at any time: use the "Delete my data" button on your saved result, or email us.

Who sees your data
- The two people preparing reports (the founder and our legal expert) – only for saved results and report orders.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf, under data-processing agreements: Supabase (database, EU region); Lovable (website hosting); an email service provider, once we send emails (we will name it here before we do); Stripe (payments), once paid reports are introduced – Stripe is also responsible for some payment data itself, see stripe.com/privacy.
- We don't share your data with clinics, sperm banks, agencies or advertisers.
Transfers outside the EU
Our database is in the EU. Some providers may process data outside the EU (for example in the US); where that happens it is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can at any time: see the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; withdraw your consent (this stops future use but doesn't affect what we did before); get a copy in a common format; object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Use the "Delete my data" button on your saved result, or write to capara.place2rest@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Denmark Datatilsynet (www.datatilsynet.dk), or the authority where you live, for example the CNIL in France (www.cnil.fr), the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk), the Garante in Italy (www.garanteprivacy.it), or the authority of your German federal state.
Security
- Saved results can only be opened with your private link.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Only the two people preparing reports can access stored answers.
Children
Capara is for adults. Don't use it if you are under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes affecting stored data, we'll tell you by email.
